Robert D. Yarosz

Robert D. Yarosz, President and Registered Principal of World Equity Group, Inc. and Managing Director of the Compass Active Tactical Management Program, has been in the financial service industry since 1985.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Edinboro University, as well as the professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) from the International Registry of Financial Consultants.  He is listed in the Global Directory of Who’s Who and holds a Life & Health Insurance license, as well as the following security licenses: Series 6, 7, 22, 63, 65 and 24.

Thomas W. Rendl

Thomas W. Rendl is a Registered Representative with World Equity Group, Inc. and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Compass Active Tactical Management Program. He has been involved in the investment industry for over 18 years and specializes in technical analysis and portfolio management.

Tom started his career at the high net-worth and institutional division of Lehman Brothers with a focus on portfolio management.

He has taught courses on retirement planning, portfolio management, and estate planning at William Rainey Harper College, the College of Lake County, and Joliet Junior College. He is a featured speaker to national audiences on tactical portfolio management. Tom is FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licensed. Tom is also a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) candidate.
